I commenced a E Sim only contract with O2 yesterday however i cant seem to make any calls or receive text messages, When I log onto MyO2 it sends a text message for information clarification however I'm not able to receive the text message and the online chat is not at all helpful, any ideas please

You need to contact O2.

It's O2s version of Catch 22 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
