I’ve recently got a new iPhone and E-SIM plan from o2, I can’t access the app cos I can’t get through security. I think I have typed my number in wrong when setting up the account so I don’t receive any codes. I’ve called multiple times, explained that I can’t access my app cos my numbers wrong and I haven’t activated my E-SIM They say I can’t change my number cos I can’t do it through email and they hang up! I’m so stuck can anyone help
