I have had network issues for most of my contract now. At work my phone is unusable, very rarely receiving calls and texts and very difficult to ring out and send a text. At home isnt as bad but still the call will drop out every time which is frustrating. Both locations say you're working on things when I checked the area for coverage. Any other options as its becoming a bit of a joke amongst family and friends when they try contacting me and is extremely frustrating for myself also. Thanks

@DanyW123 Did you check what your O2 signal would be before taking the contract?

Use Wi-Fi calling when you can: WiFi and 4G Calling: Everything You Need To Know

Edit: It sounds as if things are unlikely to improve for you, so get Pay & Go sims from the other networks to find out which one will provide the best coverage for you.

When you're ready to change, follow this guide: Cancelling your contract - An updated guide - O2 Community
