It is over a week that there is no phone signal in my house SW13 address How can we escalate this?

If there's a recognised network fault on a particular site or in a given area, that will be being dealt with already.

Looks like a nearby phone mast isn’t working as it should, sorry.

Our engineers will be on the case already, and your service might come and go until we fix it.
