@O2Sarah- I am still waiting for the activation of my Apple watch this has been an issue since Monday now and I’ve done everything I’ve been advised. I phone customer service and have the phone put down on me. I’m now considering swapping to a different provider.

Sarah does not work here now. All O2 agents were removed from the Community last July.

If you swap to another provider you will need to pay off any outstanding balance on your phone and watch contact

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
