Wrong Address

Not sure if I’m in the right place. The address you’ve  got me down as is not my address I’ve brought this to your attention many of times

This is not O2 but an open Internet community of customers.

Use the down arrow at the top of your post and choose edit to remove your address 

Check your details in MyO2 under Manage My Details, you may be able to change it there
