I recently took out a contract with o2 for an iPhone as I had an Apple Watch cellular already (direct from apple).
When I rang o2 to try and get a data plan for my watch they first told me it wasn’t possible as I didn’t buy the watch direct from o2?!
Anyway, I managed to speak to someone who told me that is it something o2 can do and set up an eSIM for me (as trying to do it on the watch app on my phone wasn’t working, it kept telling me that to have a data plan on watch I needed to be an o2 customer?).
Now I’m stuck with what to do next?
Do I install the eSIM onto my phone first along side the primary eSIM??
