hi there, just been speaking with customer services, and they say that they now only have 2 years of phone bills available. has anyone managed to find a way to get older bills? thanks

Hi @Clareyfairy91 Two years is the maximum you can view them.
However, you could ask for a SAR ..Subject Access Request, which may give you further info

Yes and no point if you can't get further information.....:smileywink:
Though Legal personnel can go back further than 2 years if required for a court case...

thanks everyone for all your infomation, I have emailed the SAR team, to see if the informaiton is held, before I sumbit a SAR request. it would be worth the £10!
