obtaining old phone bills

hi there, just been speaking with customer services, and they say that they now only have 2 years of phone bills available. has anyone managed to find a way to get older bills? thanks

Hi @Clareyfairy91  Two years is the maximum you can view them.

However, you could ask for a SAR ..Subject Access Request, which may give you further info

As far as I’m aware it’s only ever been 2 years?

Yes and no point if you can't get further information.....:smileywink:

Though Legal personnel can go back further than 2 years if required for a court case...

Legally o2 have to keep records for 6 years but there’s no obligation to provide this to the customer.

Yes I realise that....although as we have no idea why @Clareyfairy91 needs these records and it may be for a court case, I thought it was worth pointing out..

thanks everyone for all your infomation, I have emailed the SAR team, to see if the informaiton is held, before I sumbit a SAR request. it would be worth the £10!
