hi there, just been speaking with customer services, and they say that they now only have 2 years of phone bills available. has anyone managed to find a way to get older bills? thanks

Hi there, SAR say they only hold 2 years of detailed phone bills, they can provide older info such as when contract taken out, amounts paid, addresses, but none of the detail of calls/messages made. Thanks for all your info, much appreciated.

thanks everyone for all your infomation, I have emailed the SAR team, to see if the informaiton is held, before I sumbit a SAR request. it would be worth the £10!
