hi i just upgraded from pay as you go to pay monthly sim and i cant seem to be able to keep my old number no matter what i try i have tried everything it says to do but nothing please can some one help

If you upgraded via customer service they should have sent you a new sim. Call them and they will be able to swap the number for you. What exactly have you tried?
