@daveIf you have tried everything then you really need to speak to customer services from the link given above. The best time to call them is 8-8.30am. Please don't use live chat for this issue

If you upgraded via customer service they should have sent you a new sim. Call them and they will be able to swap the number for you. What exactly have you tried?
