Using iPhone 7 in Turkey?

Hi,

Looking for some help please? My Daughter has an iPhone 7 & is in Antalya in Turkey. She has O2 Travel Bolt On but can’t get any data. She can call and text but isn’t getting data.
She has tried rebooting her phone, changing her APN to mobile.o2.co.uk & has also tried changing her carrier settings and switching off Automatic but no carriers appear.
Has anyone else been to Turkey and had these issues or does anyone have any other solutions we could try? Thanks

She’s tried all the usual stuff to fix the issue and I assume data roaming option is enabled in settings so I’d advise a free call to customer service to check for any roaming bars on the account.
