can you take a direct debit payment from another bank account with a different name.

Yes, your bill can be paid from any account based in the UK.

You can change the bank details yourself in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Just go to "Manage my details"

or call customer service on 202 from your o2 phone Guide: How to find help & contact O2
