So trying to preorder the new Apple Watch Series 11 proceed through and select number to link to, then it gets to the end and before I can confirm the order it pops up an error saying something like error encountered. Then when I look at the page for the error it says I need to setup a Direct Debit for the number being linked, the thing is, the number already has a direct debit setup. So confused 😕 anyone else had this error?

Never had that one, but I had to setup a direct debit seperately for the new watch plan (never had to do that in the past), so maybe that is what it is asking for, but in the usual o2 way not worded properly

I had the same problem, because your phone is being transferred to a new phone, there's an order processing you have to wait for that to finish before you can order the watch. I saw you were ordering a new phone on another thread. - This was from Customer Services

You can order both at the same time on an upgrade, I have done that multiple times... And even done it with a new Apple Watch from Amazon.. and never until I move to Samsung in the past few weeks have had to setup a new direct debit for the watch plan
