Does anyone have any ideas on this? I'm out of contract and left O2 Business Broadband on 25th July - they sent me an email confirming end of service but no reply to my enquiry re final bill and sending the router back; can't speak to them by phone as the message just says they're migrating systems (for the past month!) and to call the exact same number! I'll cancel the direct debit as soon as the current bill is due but I would have preferred a final bill (and some money back) and where on earth to send their equipment to 😞

Speak to VMo2 business as they are the ones who deal with o2 business broadband on 0800 052 0800 and they should be able to tell you where to send it to..

Thank you both for your helpful replies. I'm not on any social media so I've used the complaints form to hopefully get this resolved (fingers crossed!).
