Hi,
Yesterday I visited your store and placed an order for home broadband. Your staff told me I’m eligible for a Volt offer—250GB for £12—because I’m getting broadband with you.
The assistant tried to apply the offer, but registered it under a different number and couldn’t move it to my own number. She said she cancelled it, but I’ve received an email showing it was activated on the other number.
I would like the Volt offer (250GB for £12) applied to my original number, since I’m now an O2 broadband customer and was promised this in-store.
