Resolved! Fraud on account in 2020 still not refunded

HeyWe had 2 iPhones fraudulantly added to our account in June 2020 and an increase in our monthly tarrif.This has all been cleared up with the fraud team. A note put on our account. (not that it did any use as I was also a victim of a sim swap scam) ...

Resolved! No bill for 4 years.

On business contract ,I have not had a bill from 02 for 4 years or more, think it was when i went paperless, my accounts dept just noticed, phone works perfectly, what do i do, tried contacting 02, No response.

Resolved! MyO2 Business Invoice

Hi For awareness, I have been emailed a "summary invoice" for MyO2 Business account, as a zip file "JobResults". Looks like a phishing email to me as I don't have a MyO2 Business account, and my personal account has moved to Aerial Direct.

How to find previous bills - there is a system which I have always used click on previous bills now and stays on current bill and appears no other way to access them - is anyone else havimng same problem?Any solution?Thanks very much Helen
