UNABLE TO PHONE BUSINESS SUPPORT

Spent over 30 minutes trying to phone business suport for 02. Continually being cut off my automated system despite trying every number that shows on the web site and within My O2. Is there a problem with UK suport?

Resolved! Money owed to me.

I left o2 on 20th May paid last bill contact them to make sure my account was closed but I receieved an email with latest bill saying -£12 which mean they owe money. What happens with that.
