I received a text saying that as my current contract was through caphone warehouse I could upgrade early directly with O2 at no upfront cost. I tried to do it online but a charge came up. A few days later I received another text that said the original was sent in error but as an apology they would cover 50% of the cost. I rang customer services who said that an investigation was taking place but she was told she could not honour that offer. I asked to be put through to someone who could be mire helpful, was told I was being put through but was cut off. Any idea wh I could contact as I think an offer in writing should be honoured.

@AlisonH did you manage to get anything sorted since you last posted or do you still need help with this?
