Hi everybody I have been trying to buy out my contract to upgrade online but I have tried two bank cards no luck of taking the cash is there anyone aware of issues of this as its not even sending the approval to my bank to take the funds just says error try again later.

Update have tried these options and the service has got worse since virgin came in and i am not comftable on the phones either or in store as my parther normally helps me.

also its like the appprove thing what gets sent to the bank isnt working right as its just going stright to please try again later couldnt take the payment i have contacted my bank they say no issues so it feels like a 02 payment problem

Definitely an O2 problem
