Hi in May 2023 I took a device plan for a laptop , of course it came with the airtime plan paying around £5 a month for airtime - which i dont actually use. I still have around another year to pay off the device plan - but can i now cancel the airtime plan or am I bound to pay this until the device is paid in full ?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can cancel the airtime after 2 years and just continue with the device plan.

Thanks for this - how would i cancel the airtime plan ? I dont have access to the sim card anymore as never used the number can i cancel online ? thank you

Thank you got through the O2 phone support - he went ahead and cancelled this airtime plan so all good. Wish I had known earlier but at least its closed off now saving me 5.85 a month which I was basically paying for nothing. Appreciate the help and links cheers.
