Payment Error?

Hi, so basically I made a payment for my device plan on Friday 2nd, and its not come up saying overdue, but the money has come out of my account.

If you made the payment on the 2nd, it will be held in your bank as pending (or reserved) and taken when due. Not sure why you would think it would say overdue, unless you were late paying it?
