Actually @xxscrappyxx in fairness to O2, they had a payment system that worked well until November last year when they decided to improve it. That's when everything went pear shaped. Those people who want to pay online using a card have had problems month after month. The best system is to pay via direct debit. That has never failed for me....

Paypal does seem a good idea. The fact you can top up a PAYG phone using this method, shows it can be done (albeit through a third party)
