Broken SIM/no signal

I am a current O2 pay monthly customer. I am currently in Australia and use both my O2 physical SIM and Australian provided eSIM in my phone.

Since returning to Australia in March, I have had no signal from my O2 line. This means I am unable to receive OTP's from O2. I have taken my phone to Vodafone in Australia and they have said that my phone settings are fine, and suggested that my O2 SIM card is faulty.

Are you able to arrange for me to change over to a O2 eSIM, or to have a new physical SIM posted to me please?

@TEJ

This is not customer services, we are all customers like you.

o2 will not post a physical sim to Australia and you may struggle to activate an eSim outside of the UK, and they would probably have to post out an eSim pack to you, but as per the physical sim it would only go to your UK Billing address.,

100% at your own risk you would have to arrange for it to be posted onto you...

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
