This problem has been going on for years. They need to install a new payments system. The amt of money they take off us, I'm sure they can afford it.
Actually @xxscrappyxx in fairness to O2, they had a payment system that worked well until November last year when they decided to improve it. That's when everything went pear shaped. Those people who want to pay online using a card have had problems month after month. The best system is to pay via direct debit. That has never failed for me....

Seriously, I just want to know if it will EVER be fixed?
1 month is a hiccup
2 months is a joke
3 months is worrying
4 months is negligence
5 months is extracting the urine.
Please, please just tell the new card handling company to sort their crap out.

That way it would actually work and all those customers moaning that payments aren't being refunded quick enough would be happy instantly, same as those paying for goods that are oos, and the ones failing credit checks after paying up front.
So many birds with one stone.

Paypal does seem a good idea. The fact you can top up a PAYG phone using this method, shows it can be done (albeit through a third party)

Maybe O2 could look at Paypal as another option....Good call.
