Hi all,
upgraded my phone and received the new one yesterday. Transferred everything across and it created an eSIM. Since then, I have no signal and unable to access my phone number. As a result I can’t access My O2 as it requires a code sent to my number. As you can imagine, this is the case for a number of accounts, including online banking. Help please!

You can't just transfer an eSIM across on O2. Silly, but there it is.
Did you originally have a plastic SIM? If so it may still work. Worth a try.
Quickest way to sort things out is to call into an O2 shop with photo ID.
