Talking about holidays I am at BHX airport at present. Told flights cancelled yesterday due to French ATC .no one on check in desk either which is a bit ominous....

I'm glad i delayed my plans to visit Burns - Tennessee, then. Last thing I needed was that lot on a 13hr flight.

It's been a while since we were all posting about how bad O2's payment system and customer service was. Well, i've just found out my credit has been affected as o2 put the accounts into default despite my many payment attempts and emails and phone calls. I now have all this to sort out in between getting over my issues with cancer and everything else. Apparently, i can not swear or even pretend to swear on here so all i can say is that O2 are THE worst company i've ever dealt with. They are dispicable, sickening and utterly vile. I will never go near this awful company ever again. How they haven't been investigated for their dodgy practices i will never know but my only course of action now is to pay money i don't owe and get the defaults off my credit file. Please beware people, this could so easily happen to any of you.

It's mad and they should not be getting away with it. Tomorrow i'll be contacting the ombudsman and fighting this ridiculous crap.

We knew this would happen despite reassurances from O2. Quite disgraceful.
