I exited o2 Pay Monthly 5/5/16 (after o2 were being too tight with retentions deals) via PAC, but still no final bill showing online or in post. 

 

DD is still in place. 

 

 

 

 

What's likely the hold-up?

Usually they will generate the bill after 14 days, but if I think back to the last contract I closed down it may have been sent on my normal bill date.
I'll see if I can see it in MyO2 for you......

Anytime now I would think - what was the normal date your bill was produced?

So I cancelled on July 18 and bill was produced Aug 1st

@Anonymous Just keep the DD in place. You'll only be charged for the days you've used in the month. Just wait until you see a zero bill before cancelling.
