According to my monthly O2 bill I was charged an extra £14.99. This is supposed to be for a Googleplay purchase that I never made. I brought this to the attention of my local O2 shop, but they couldn't do anything about it. I tried to contact O2 so that I could discuss the issue with someone and make a claim for a refund. it was impossible to do this due to the automative process.
So how can I get in touch with an actual human being from O2 so that this issue can be resolved?

How was is possible for Googleplay to access my O2 account when they are not even linked up to it?

Terrible feeling to be charged for something you know nothing about @BillMC
Lost faith in everything so put bars on long time ago now. Hope they work as it is so distressing, been OK so far.
Wouldn't like to ask customer services for any help these days very unfortunately. Only the O2 community a good support here.
Checked in MYO2 account and can see there that there is a bar on All charges barred charge to mobile.
I put on a bar charge to mobile
Can't see that in list.
That should stop the sneaky charges, when flicking through the web.
