I left o2 because of stuff just like this … anyone got any idea how to get this resolved?
I cancelled all my accounts in March. Because o2 did this weird thing where they wouldn’t let me pay off my device plan completely on one of the accounts … they continued to bill around £10 per month until may … I accept I owed this, but still find it weird that they just didn’t let me pay it off when I cancelled, but I digress
The last payment was May. I owe them nothing.
however, on both my former accounts, both this one, and another which I owed nothing on. I still get a notification that a Bill has been raised every month, admittedly these are £0 bills, but I don’t want any kind of account open with o2
The problem is, no one will speak to me at o2, via web or telephone as I no longer have an o2 phone number - these were both ported out in March! (The bills I recieve are for what I assume is a placeholder number, and I am only able to see the last four digits.
any ideas?
