If I was to upgrade my phone this week, would I start a new Airtime/device plan or keep existing one

I'm after a Pixel 9 if possible.

 

I have Instagram to ask CS but I don't think they work on a Sunday?

Insta have stopped the messaging facility now.

wrt the question, you can upgrade or take a new contract, but either way, you start over with a new device and airtime plan.

@MI5 So I'll wait till I've paid off the existing Airtime/Device plan circa the 26th of next April then.

 

Also, if I can't talk to them on Instagram, and I no longer use Facecrap or X, how do I contact them? I hate ringing up because the non UK call centre drones don't understand my strong local accent.
