Ive done the upgrade and paid for the old device its been a 2 months . tracking oreder and confimation came . dhl lost my parcel o2 unable to hlep me with this .past 3 months like a fool im waiting on top they charging me for handset which i never recieve

It is their responsibility to get the phone to you.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

As this seems to be a consumer issue maybe it's time to contact Trading Standards
