Hi,
I've been using charge to mobile to pay for in app things for years, my bill is up to date but suddenly it keep declining and I'm unable to use this at all. Any help please?

Common issue recently.
This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.
