hello, i’m looking to remove the age restriction settings on my account please. 

i’ve no credit card (don’t want debt), i’ve also recently lost my wallet and i’ve to use my phone for work stuff. i can’t get onto the websites i need to nor can i properly research my subjects. please remove this as quickly as

Guide: O2 Age restriction contains all the ways to get this lifted, @blake1 - you are probably looking at going into an O2 Shop, driving licence or passport in hand, if you have no credit card.
