I have been trying to pay the outstanding amount for my iPad device. I tried 2 cards via customer services but each time the payment failed. There are no issues with my bank and they never declined the payment. There is obviously some sort of block on my O2 account that prevents payments because the same thing happened when I recently tried to upgrade and clear an outstanding amount. Although I was able to pay most of it to reduce the months left to pay and the final payment went out via direct debit. I’m unable to even do this now. The customer services person was most unhelpful and suggested I go into store but surely I will have the same problem if the issue is obviously with my 02 account. Has anyone else had a similar problem and resolved it. It’s very frustrating.
