I was due an upgrade from a sim only contract to a handset in 4 days 3/09/22 it's now been pushed back 3 months to 3/12/22 I've never missed a bill payment or anything.
What's annoying is..if it is another 3 months, I've just bought an Apple watch-when that money could have gone towards something else...as I thought I was upgrading in 4 days!
Anyone had the same problem?

As far as we know there hasn't been a mass change with these upgrades.
