I ordered a new o2 sim as I'm currently already with them on another number and wanted to transfer my giff gaff no. to o2.  I filled in the online port number form which was a nightmare to find after going 10 rounds with the virtually useless chat bot. Understood this to take 24 hours or so.  I tried to activate my sim with the new 30gb for the price of 10gb offer for 3 months, but the qr code didn't work on the sim pack. Contacted customer service on 4445 (pay as you go) as my new account was showing 10gb still and after going back and forth with him trying to explain he said it would update automatically, but the extra gb hasn't appeared.  He also said the port is going ahead.  However, it has now been 34 hours and both my new o2 and old giff gaff no. are still active and nothing has changed!  I haven't heard a peep out of o2 since, no sms no emails or transfer date or anything. Is it safe to say something is amiss?

You'll need to call again on 4445 or try on social media.
