Loss of Service

Have just changed over to O2, fro giffgaff , and my service has been switched off, presumably by you, before I have received a replacement SIM card. What is going on here?

No Roaming in France

My phone won't connect automatically or manually to any network in France. When I try manually, it shows as forbidden. It must be sim problem as my other work O2 connects ok
