EU roaming

I’m in Greece and can’t make called to uk. Failed. Works maybe once every 3 days. Suspect it’s a 2g 4g issue. I’ve data working fine. Has anyone actually got calls working. Texts also an issue

SIM card with unknown phone number

I have just moved across from Lebara to O2 and ported my number across. All has gone well except the SIM card status shows that the phone number is "unknown". How can i get that corrected?
