Unable to sign in to my account to see why ny bill is so high

If you still cant, then you need to contact customer services to either reset your account or tell you what the problem is  https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

As @Cleoriff and @MI5 suggested, just Click on "My O2" at the top of the page.

 

You can even try to reset your account details here: Get help signing in? They have a list of things you can do to make the process a bit easier and if you're on your O2 mobile or tablet or mobile broadband, just go to your settings and turn off wifi: Using your data connection will help us find your account automatically!!! If not, you can always use your personal email or phone number. Wave
