I have been using this for years and its suddenly stopped working. I had to speak to many people at o2 as they didn’t seem to understand what pay to mobile is. They said there is no restrictions on my account. So I contacted Apple, they said that on there screen they can see when I attempted to purchase something it told them that o2 declined it. O2 have given me a 3-5 working day deadline for them to fix the issue. Today is day 6 and the problem is still there. I’ve tried contacting o2 but again no one seems to know what add to mobile bill is.

It appears that O2 have changed something which seems to limit everyone to something like £20 a month.
No one knows why or how to fix it.
Guide: How to find help & contact O2 to follow up, using one of the Social Media links to get best likelihood of an answer (or maybe a fix).

I wouldn't bother, o2 have no intention of fixing this, and I think most of us have given up and just let it be..
The Social Media team cant do owt about it either..,.

Best option is to link a debit card through one of the many options available such as Wallet, Google Pay or Paypal
I wouldn't use charge to mobile for a gold clock!
