I live in DH8, County Durham. For the past couple of months my signal runs slow or is nonexistent. Its a poor service from O2, no communication from them so I’m left in the dark. Without Virgin media I don’t think I would have had internet access at home.
I’ve paid just shy of £60 for bad service. Don’t suppose you could enlighten me on this shocking service
