I have been using this for years and its suddenly stopped working. I had to speak to many people at o2 as they didn’t seem to understand what pay to mobile is. They said there is no restrictions on my account. So I contacted Apple, they said that on there screen they can see when I attempted to purchase something it told them that o2 declined it. O2 have given me a 3-5 working day deadline for them to fix the issue. Today is day 6 and the problem is still there. I’ve tried contacting o2 but again no one seems to know what add to mobile bill is.

I’m not sure how to directly message but I’m having the same issue. I’ve contacted so many times via chat and phone. My bill reset on the 27th , charge to mobile stopped working. Told it would be fixed days ago. Still not an update.
