I have been using this for years and its suddenly stopped working. I had to speak to many people at o2 as they didn’t seem to understand what pay to mobile is. They said there is no restrictions on my account. So I contacted Apple, they said that on there screen they can see when I attempted to purchase something it told them that o2 declined it. O2 have given me a 3-5 working day deadline for them to fix the issue. Today is day 6 and the problem is still there. I’ve tried contacting o2 but again no one seems to know what add to mobile bill is.

I did have a chat with them but they have no limit in place, apparently. O2 did raise a case for me though, so might be something in the background.

Hi I'm also having this issue. I've rang numerous times and chatted but nothing is working. There is no limit, no parental controls in place etc. If you can help

Is the issue known. It randomly works for me then doesn't after another attempt.

Ive just started getting this issue, thought it was due to payment processing for my bill, but once cleared the issue is still happening.

@Fallenbam Sadly we have no O2 staff here at the moment so you will need to keep on at O2.
