I have been using this for years and its suddenly stopped working. I had to speak to many people at o2 as they didn’t seem to understand what pay to mobile is. They said there is no restrictions on my account. So I contacted Apple, they said that on there screen they can see when I attempted to purchase something it told them that o2 declined it. O2 have given me a 3-5 working day deadline for them to fix the issue. Today is day 6 and the problem is still there. I’ve tried contacting o2 but again no one seems to know what add to mobile bill is.

I am having the same problem, I have contacted o2 they are saying my account looks fine, Iv then contracted apple and they are saying it must be o2 declining the payment? I don’t understand, are you able to help please
