Charge to mobile not working when trying to purchase a game on PSN store. I have purchased PlayStation plus using charge to mobile however when purchasing a game this does not work.
I have tried several web chats and calls. I don’t have a spend cap and limit turned off however still not working and when purchasing met with the error code your mobile carrier doesn’t support payment this large.

Thanks for the response however there is no limit on the account initially they tried setting this to £500 and did not work then changed to no limit and did not work. The game is £99 so should work however does not
