My Volt benefit of unlimited data has not been added to my plan.
Ive contacted both O2 and Virgin Media and have emails from both parties stating my account is eligible, yet still no data boost.
When I check in the O2 app I’m told “You’re not currently eligible for Volt benefits”
O2 account is in my name and the Virgin Media account is in a family members name, however we reside at the same address.
We receive The Volt benefits on our Virgin Media package as the family member has an O2 sim.
I'm looking for support to get my Volt benefit added to my sim
