What is the recommended way online to stop premium rate calls and
premium rate texts on O2? I can't find anywhere that does this and I
don't wish to have to call customer services.
I wonder if I were to set a spend cap of say £0 I wonder how this would
affect my current premium charges prior to spend caps? Or is it ok to
set one even though premium charges currently exist?
