Hi @Koles

You can't do that I'm afraid.

You can go to My O2 and where it says Make a Payment you can do one month only

Otherwise these are the ways to pay Guide: How to Pay Your Bill (Contract)

If you want to make additional payments then you have to contace O2. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

@Koles You need to speak to payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

These guys can give you more time to pay but you may still be cut off as it is an automated system process.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
