I have moved my mobile number from O2 pay monthly to a o2 12 month contract. O2 are still taking money from my bank account for the monthly rolling plan. I have called o2 several times and made a compliant but did not get a reference number for the compliant. Please can someone suggest how I can stop o2 from taking my money for the rolling plan as I'm now on a 12 month contract as well.

As the rolling plan is take from your debit card ask the bank to cancel it.
